How delivery works
All products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key is sent automatically to the e-mail address in your order, usually within a few minutes, day and night. There is no physical shipping.
What you receive
An e-mail with your license key, the link to download the software from Microsoft and instructions to install and activate it. If you ordered with an account, your keys are also saved in My account. The PDF invoice comes with the order-completed e-mail.
Security review
To protect our customers against fraud, orders are routinely selected for a security review. One of our agents checks the order manually, usually within about one hour, and then your key is sent. If we need more information, we will contact you by e-mail.
If your key has not arrived
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder and make sure the e-mail address in your order is correct. If the e-mail isn’t there, contact us via live chat or at [email protected] with your order number and we will re-send it. Our support may ask for order details to confirm it is your order.
