Unused keys: refund within 7 days
You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase if the product key has not been redeemed (activated). After we have checked that the key is unused, the money goes back to your original payment method. Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Keys that don’t work: replacement
If a key does not activate, contact our support before anything else. We will help you solve the issue or provide a replacement key.
Wrong product ordered
If you ordered the wrong edition and the key has not been redeemed, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the order or help you exchange it.
When a refund is not possible
- The key has been redeemed or activated.
- More than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase (keys that don’t work are still covered by the replacement above).
