Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every purchase on officedigital.io (“Website”) from Office Digital (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy on the Website. You can order as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
Our products
We sell digital license keys for software (OEM and retail licenses). Each product page states the edition, the number of devices or users and, where relevant, how long the license is valid. The software itself is downloaded from the manufacturer’s official servers. Use of the software is governed by the manufacturer’s license terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are set in euros and can be shown in other currencies; the amount you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm. Payment is processed by Stripe on a secure hosted checkout page; we never see or store your full card details.
Order acceptance and security checks
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. To protect customers against fraud, some orders are reviewed manually. If an order looks high-risk, we may ask for proof of identity or of the payment method, and we may refuse or cancel an order or limit quantities per customer. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.
Delivery
License keys are delivered by e-mail, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. There is no physical shipping.
Activation and support
Every order includes instructions to install and activate the product. If a key does not activate, contact our support, available 24/7 on live chat and by e-mail: we will help you solve the issue or provide a replacement key.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase for keys that have not been redeemed, as described in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, attempt to interfere with its security, or resell keys bought on the Website without our written consent.
Intellectual property
The content and design of the Website belong to Office Digital or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for loss of data; please keep backups before installing software.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
